Error codes for Indie and Commercial hosted (not on premise).

Below we list error codes we have encountered during testing which may be a bit cryptic in their wording.

Error code: 48

The license renew failed due to other reason. Error code: 48

> The license expired due to network connection failure. This may be returned instantaneously and you do not notice any stop in service or when using a VPN.
